My order process and delivery
I Deliver Across the UK (Excluding Northern Ireland)
My processing time is usually between 2-5 days, but I love to get started on your pictures as soon as I can - typically within just 24 hours of receiving your order, unless it's a super busy time like Christmas! If you’ve requested a proof photo, I’ll reach out as soon as your picture is ready. If you're in a bit of a rush for a gift, I can post it as early as the day after it's made, just to make sure that the glue has time to set perfectly.
If you'd like a photo sent before I ship, just keep in mind that it may delay things a little until I hear back from you. Also, if you don’t hear from me right away, it’s a good idea to check your junk or spam folders! For family pictures, I’ll send you a draft for approval before starting your final piece. Bespoke orders are welcome, as are quote changes. Please just ask through the contact form, I’m always happy to help where I can!
